Just closed one on Friday September
30th. the other lender denied the file a couple
of days before closing.
It was a good loan the borrower had good
credit and 10% down.
He just needed a little flexibility on
a debt that he had trouble with over a year
ago. We took the file over and closed it
in 9 days!
The listing agent could not believe it and
the clients were over the moon!
The seller was also waiting on this loan
to close so that he could buy his next home
so we saved him a lot of time and aggravation
by getting the loan to the closing table.
