Aaron Legum

Aaron has been a life long resident of Hampton Roads and is also a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College. He entered the mortgage banking industry in 1999. Aaron’s specialty is residential lending with extensive experience dealing with Conventional, FHA, VA and first time homebuyer programs as well as with credit, income and asset challenged borrowers. He enjoys working with his clients to find a program that is tailored to their individual needs. Aaron believes that the two most important aspects of his job are educating his borrowers and providing exceptional service. As a President’s Club member in consecutive years since 2000, it’s easy to see that he excels at both.

Raised in Chesapeake, Aaron currently lives in Virginia Beach with his wife Nicole and their two children: son Ashton and daughter Andersen. He is an avid golfer and enjoys being involved in his children’s extracurricular activities. He is actively involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society where he recently served as the Corporate Chairperson for the Light the Night Walk. Annually he and his family hold a golf tournament for this event in support of their team, “Ashton’s Army.”
