to the Situation
It was the Friday before Memorial
Day Weekend and the borrower found that their
lender was having trouble on their file and
it was not going to close in one week like
they were promised. The borrower is a nephew
of a real estate agent in Great Bridge.
They placed a call to Aaron
Legum and Bryan
Miles mid day Friday and we asked
several questions on the file and we felt
like it was something we thought we were able
to do because the staff at OVM was still working.
Thanks to Adam
Newman and Barbara,
our underwriter we were able to give them
correct information. After those conversations
were had we went direct to the real estate
office and picked the package up, probably
around 3:30pm, the Friday of Memorial Day
Weekend.
We worked our magic and within 9 DAYS we closed.
The borrowers didn’t miss their original closing
date!
